These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of apollogroupai.com and the AI-powered SEO and digital marketing services (the "Services") provided by Apollo AI Services LLC ("Apollo," "we," "us"). By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or Services.
1. Who We Are & Eligibility
Apollo AI Services LLC is a marketing services company offering AI-assisted SEO audits, content, paid media, web design, automation and reporting. Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals acting in a business capacity, and are not directed to consumers under 18.
2. Services & AI-Assisted Work
Our Services combine automated AI analysis and content drafting with review by human strategists before deliverables are finalized or published. Automated outputs — including audit findings, content drafts, and reporting — are informational and directional; they are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and should be reviewed in the context of your specific business.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Search engine rankings, organic traffic, ad performance and conversion outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, market conditions and your website's starting position. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Any performance figures we share are estimates or historical illustrations, not promises.
4. Billing, Plans & Cancellation
- Published plan prices are shown in U.S. dollars and billed monthly in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- There is no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing contact@apollogroupai.com or calling +1 (914) 587-4345.
- New subscriptions include a 7-day satisfaction window: if you're not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us for a full refund of that period's payment.
- Outside the 7-day window, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- Enterprise pricing is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before billing begins.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, billing and website information;
- Have the right to grant us access to the website, ad accounts, or analytics properties you connect to our Services;
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Google Ads, Google Search, and other applicable platform policies;
- Review AI-assisted content and recommendations before publishing them on your properties.
6. Intellectual Property
Content, reports and creative assets we produce specifically for your account become yours to use for your business once fully paid for, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our underlying tools, templates, software and methodology remain the property of Apollo AI Services LLC. The Site's design, text and branding are protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be copied without permission.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APOLLO AI SERVICES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the Services in a way that risks harm to Apollo, other clients, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Apollo AI Services LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a dashboard notice where required.
