Data Processing
This page summarizes how Apollo AI Services LLC processes personal data connected to the Services, and lists the sub-processors we rely on. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is provided for clients who need processing details for their own compliance records.
1. Roles
For visitor and lead data collected through our own Site (contact forms, cookies, analytics), Apollo AI Services LLC acts as the data controller. For website, analytics or ad account data you grant us access to in order to deliver contracted Services (e.g. auditing your site, managing your ad account), Apollo AI Services LLC acts as a data processor on your behalf, and you remain the controller of that data.
2. Categories of Data Processed
- Contact and account details (name, email, phone, company);
- Website content, technical metadata and SEO metrics for audited domains;
- Ad account and analytics data connected for campaign management and reporting, limited to what's needed to deliver the Services;
- Usage and attribution data collected via consented cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Sub-Processors
We use the following categories of sub-processors to deliver the Services. We vet each for appropriate security and confidentiality commitments before use.
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — analytics and advertising measurement, with consent.
- Cloud hosting & infrastructure providers — hosting the Site, client dashboard and stored data.
- Payment processor — subscription billing.
- Email & support platforms — client communications and ticketing.

4. Data Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting data to staff who need it, and routine review of connected third-party integrations. No system is completely secure, and we encourage clients to promptly revoke access when an engagement ends.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain client and website data for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support billing, legal and audit obligations. Clients may request deletion of their account and associated data at the end of an engagement by contacting us; some minimal records may be retained where required by law.
6. International Transfers
Apollo AI Services LLC operates from the United States, and data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where cross-border transfer safeguards are required by applicable law, we rely on the mechanisms implemented by those sub-processors, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Requests From Clients or Regulators
